“Brian created a very detailed workout plan that addresses a few previous injuries. I am not comfortable loading my spine at all due to lower back Injuries. Brian found other exercises that were similar but reduced the risk of lower back injury or strain.

Each time I have expressed discomfort or general dislike of a movement or exercise, Brian gives advice on how to correct the form or whatever the issue is or replaces it in the plan altogether with a similar movement.

He was very realistic in regards to what to expect in regard to results, assuming I followed the program assigned. Since May 2023, I have gained about 5 pounds of lean muscle mass and lost 12 pounds of fat. All of that is great but I have really gained more strength overall and more confidence in myself overall. I have gained much more confidence in the gym as well.

Overall, my experience has been very positive. I have had MANY coaches reach out over the past year trying to sell me on their programs. Brian's no-pressure approach was refreshing and I felt very comfortable discussing my goals with him without having my guard up.

“After having two c-section surgeries and like many other women, I had severe diastasis recti, which is the separation of the abs. This caused me severe lower back pain as a result of a weak core. After realizing I couldn't fix or address the issue myself, I sought the support of a trainer. This is how I came into contact with Brian.

My first consultation with Brian was thorough, welcoming, and informative. [He] is extremely knowledgeable and thoughtful in how he creates workout routines, as well as his ability to take into consideration injuries and/or life factors. Since working out with Brian, I have developed a stronger core and decreased lower back pain. I've increased strength training from 0x per week to 3x per week for a little over a year and it has truly helped me both physically and mentally. In addition to strength training 3x a week with Brian, he has created a 5-7 day workout routine for me to follow on my own. This consists of routine steady-state cardio, stretching, and nutrition.
